Battery Drain head unit

Hi guys, purchased an aftermarket head unit and to my lack of knowledge I didn’t install the canbus decoder, all worked fine apart until I came across the battery drain issue, I’ve since installed the canbus decoder and am wondering if now it will fix the problem as I’ve read that the canbus actually turns things off after a certain time from when the car is locked?

I’ve been reading thread after thread trying to solve it and found the ignition fuse fix so I made a fuse jumper to tap into an ignition activated fuse in the engine bay but to my surprise they were all constantly fed (I have a 2010 model) so upon reading i read that my model of Tig doesn’t actually have ignition powered circuits and that they are all controlled by signal from the canbus? Is this the case?

If anyone has a fix or can confirm or deny what I’ve read would be a great help as I’m tired of jump starting the car every few days 🤣
