I recently got a Tiguan SE and the route guidance behind the steering wheel was working. Now it says Route Guidance Not Active even when the map is up and running on the right with my phone connected. I changed no settings, I've only had the car a few days, but yesterday the message about the route guidance not active came up. I already checked and the "navigation" is on so I'm unsure what to check next.

Got to ask the question, did you have an address to go to? Need to start at the lowest level.
