The outer marker lights and the outer brake lights are not working on my 2016 R Line Mk1 Tiguan. The I need to know what the Module 9 Programming needs to be for for module. I have a North American version also and using an OBDELEVEN to program the car. Please help if you can. I would like to thank you in advance.

On the mk1's the lights are primarily controlled by I think byte 18. The problem is you can't just read this and then changed a bit, it's far more complicated. Have a search back through old discussions for byte 18

Obdeleven will give you most settings, but byte 18 is complicated, and car mess up your lighting. Search for bytec18 and posts by n4s who is very knowledgeable on this.

Second being cautious messing with byte 18. The proper tool is ODIS that can properly reflash the eeprom. I bricked a bcm messing with 18.
