So me and my girlfriend got a 21 Tiguan and the Bluetooth and car play has been working great until this evening. It worked all day then we get in the car to go home and it won't connect to my girlfriend's iphone via car play or Bluetooth and will not connect to my phone on Bluetooth. We have tried everything. We had a message that the infotainment system update failed but when I looked on the settings menu it stated there wasn't a new update. Please help!!!

I had problems with bluetooth on my 2020 Tiguan. I could hear callers but they could not hear me. Went to the dealer 3 times with this problem. First two visits a software update fixed it for awhile. On the third visit they had to order then install a new 'bluetooth module', this seems to have fixed my problem.
