So my dad recently changed a fuse for the cigarette lighter things and now since doing the the cars central locking doesn’t work it won’t lock at all and the key hole in drives door isn’t usable unfortunately any ideas on what it could be ?
I’ve checked all the fuses they are fine
Many thanks
Jack

Most obvious given he checked the fuse, is that he's put one back in the wrong slot.

Well you've not given us a lot to work on. You haven't said if you've tried more than one key, it could simply be a key battery dead. Have you tried the lock unlock buttons internally on the drivers door? Does this work or not?

The receiver passes the signal to the BCM module which pretty much controls just about everything in the car so I don't think it can be the BCM. This tells each door module to lock, so I can't imagine them all failing. So key or receiver most likely.
