    when i put tiguan in for second service i mentioned brakes were scuffing at slow speed accelerating or slowing down could mechanic adjust. when i wen,t to collect receptionist said it was rust the car hasn,t done 5000 mls yet and discs look clean to me it,s only surface rust. on my inspection...
