I have a 2020 SE and sometimes when I connect my partners or my phone to the car play using a cable sometimes the volume control does not work, it seems to be blocked(see image).
After a quick disconnect and re-connect it works. This occurs about 40% of the time I connect...
Brand spanking new owner here ;-)
I couldn't find anything specific online or in these forums.
When I select the App-Connect app, I need to contact a dealer:
"You can activate the function by means of an activation key.
Please contact your dealer."
Is this a paid option?
